I am a psychiatrist and clinical psychopharmacologist in private practice in New York City. Formerly on the staff of the National Institute of Mental Health and the Departments of Psychiatry of the Columbia- Presbyterian Medical Center, and Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons. I now devote my time to evaluating and treatment individuals who have not responded to standard drug treatments. I also evaluate and provide advanced/innovative treatment for individuals with treatment-resistant or hard-to-treat mood, anxiety, attentional and post-traumatic disorders.

Individuals with so called "treatment-resistant" Bipolar Disorder, including those with rapid cycling and/or severe mixed states, are of special interest to me.
